At Lesedi Renal Care, we provide a comprehensive range of specialized renal care services, including Conventional Hemodialysis (CHD) with Hemodiafiltration (HDF) and Hemodialysis (HD), Acute Hemodialysis (AHD), Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Therapeutic Plasma Exchange (TPE). Our mobile service ensures that patients receive high-quality, personalized dialysis treatments in a convenient and comfortable setting, tailored to their specific medical needs.
- $AHD is done in a hospital set up and it is performed on a patient with acute kidney injury.
- $CHD is treatment which is done in the unit (our unit) for a patient with chronic renal failure where an artificial kidney is used during the treatment, it also removes excess fluid from the patient's blood.
- $CRRT is used to treat patients that are critically ill in hospital (ICU - Intensive Care Unit). The modality is performed to those patients that developed acute kidney injury, it is a gentle and slow dialysis treatment and can be performed up to 72hours.
- $TPE is done in hospital and is a procedure done to separate plasma which may contain disease mediators from the blood.
